How to Share Your Project
Need to collaborate on a build or pass off your hard work to a teammate? Sharing your project with others is incredibly simple. You just need to enable sharing and grab your unique link.
Here is exactly how to do it.
Step 1: Navigate to Your Settings
First, you need to access the settings for the specific project you want to share. You can do this from two different places in your account:
From the Dashboard: If you are looking at your main dashboard, find the project you want to share and click the Settings button directly on its card.
From Inside the Project: If you are already actively working inside the project builder, click the project name next to the Famous logo and select Settings from the dropdown.
Step 2: Enable Project Sharing
Once you have your settings menu open, generating your link takes just a quick toggle:
Scroll nearly to the bottom of the settings page.
Locate the Project sharing section (it will likely say "Sharing disabled" by default).
Click the toggle to switch it to Sharing enabled.
Click the copy button next to the newly generated URL to copy the link to your clipboard.
Step 3: Send and Clone
Now that you have copied the link, you can send it to absolutely anyone you wish!
When your recipient opens that link, they will see a button to Clone this site. As soon as they click that, the project is instantly cloned into their own Famous account. From there, they can easily make additions, test variations, and continue working on the build.
