How to Change Your Project Title
Whether you've pivoted your app's focus or you just came up with a much cooler name (like "Local T-Shirt Domination Site"), updating your project title is incredibly fast.
There are two easy ways to change your title, and both will automatically update the name globally across your entire account. This ensures consistency and saves you time.
Method 1: Straight From the Dashboard
If you are just logging in or already hanging out on your main dashboard, you can change the title without even opening the project builder. This method is convenient for quick updates.
Click on your name in the top right corner and click on Dashboard.
Locate the specific project you want to rename.
Click on Settings next to that project.
Find the Project title section (at the top) and click Edit.
Type in your new title and hit Save.
Method 2: From Inside the Project
If you are already inside the builder playing around with your design, you don't need to exit out to the dashboard just to change the name! This method allows for seamless title updates while you're actively working on your project.
Look toward the top right of the builder page, click on the project name (next to the Famous logo), and choose Settings from the dropdown menu.
Locate the Project title section in the menu and click Edit.
Enter your new project name.
Click Save to lock it in.
Once you save, you will see the name change immediately, and it will be reflected everywhere, including back on your main dashboard. This global update ensures all instances of your project title are consistent.
