How to Reset Your Forgotten Password

First, confirm you are actually logged out. If you are on the homepage and do not see your name in the top right corner, you are currently logged out and ready to begin the reset process.
Step-by-Step Password Reset
Follow these quick steps to regain access to your account:
Navigate to the Sign-In Page: From the homepage, click on the Sign In button.
Locate the Reset Link: Look toward the bottom of the sign-in window. You will find a small text link that says Forgot password. Click on it.
Enter Your Email: Type in the exact email address you used when you originally signed up for your account.
Request the Link: Click the Send reset link button.
Check Your Inbox: Open your email client. You will receive a message containing a secure link and final step-by-step instructions to create your new password.
