Integrate your funnel with thousands of other apps with the power of webhooks! When you add a webhook to your funnel, every time a visitor fills out a form on your page, a webhook will be sent to the URL you specify in your funnel settings.

In this example, we'll show how to create a new Funnel and add a webhook that sends your visitor email submissions to Zapier:

  1. Go to the Ultra-Fast Funnels in deal.ai and click "+ New Funnel". Type a funnel title, such as "Dave's Fish Mart" and click "Create Funnel".

  2. Click on the newly-created funnel, and then click "+ New Funnel Step", and enter something like "Welcome" for the title, and then click "Next".

  3. On the list of templates, scroll down and choose the "Blank Template" for now. This will create the page.

  4. Click "Edit Page" to enter the editor. In the "Elements" tab on the upper-right, drag in a Headline element and a Subtitle element. For the headline, put something like "Welcome to Dave's Fish Mart", and for the subtitle, "Enter your name and email below to be notified when new fish arrive"

  5. Then, from the Elements tab again, scroll down to the Forms area, and click and drag in an "Email" form into the page.

  6. Click "Save Changes" save the page. Then, click the "Back" button in the upper-left to go back to the funnel.

  7. Once you're back on the Funnel page, click the "Settings" tab on the upper-right to enter the Funnel settings. The section labelled "Webhooks / Zapier" is where you're going to put a special URL that links deal.ai to your Zapier account. We'll come back to this in a moment.

  8. In a new tab, go to zapier.com and log in or create a new account. Go to the Zaps page and click "Create a new zap". Click on the trigger to open the new window for a trigger. Search for "Webhook" and click "Webhooks by Zapier". On the right, for the "Event", choose "Catch Hook". Click Continue, and then skip a tab and click on the "Test" tab. Click "Copy" on your webhook URL.

  9. Go back to the tab with deal.ai. Now, you can paste in the webhook URL into your funnel settings and click "Save".

  10. Before we test it, let's add another funnel step. So, click "+ New Funnel Step". Call it something like "Thank You" and choose the Blank Template again. Click "Edit Page", and in the editor, drag in a Headline element, and change the text to something like, "Thanks for subscribing!". Click "Save Changes" and then "Back".

  11. Now, we're ready to test. Click on the first step in your funnel, and click on the icon to the right of the preview link to open it in a new tab. Fill out the form on the page and click Submit.

  12. Flip back to Zapier, and click "Test Trigger". It should then display the info from the form you just submitted. From there, you can create an action, such as "Email by Zapier". For that, choose "Send outbound email". In the Action tab, fill out a 'to' email as your own email, the subject as something like "New Subscriber", and for the body, add in the fields you submitted, such as 'email', 'first name', 'last name'. Click "Save", and then be sure to click "Publish" on your zap, and that's it! You will now receive an email every time someone fills out the form on your deal.ai funnel.
