Safely Manage Your Backend Externally
Famous.ai automatically provisions a powerful database for your projects, making dynamic data management effortless. However, as your app scales, you might want to move your data or manage your backend externally. Famous.ai allows you to safely detach your database at any time.

Step-by-Step Guide: Detaching Your Database
Navigate to Settings: Open your Famous.ai project and click into your Settings dashboard.
Go to the General Tab: Ensure you are in the General tab (this is usually the default view when opening Settings).
Locate Your Database: Scroll down until you find the Database Project section. This will display your connected Supabase project ID.
Change or Detach: On the right side of the database ID block, you will see buttons to either Change the database or Detach it completely.
