How to Update Your Payment Method or View Invoices in SuperCool
Need to update your credit card on file or grab a recent receipt for your accounting team? Managing your billing details in SuperCool is incredibly fast.
Here is how you can update your payment method or view your past invoices in just a few seconds.
Step 1: Access Your Billing Screen
Before you can change your payment details, you need to navigate to the right section of your account. Even if you are just logging in, here is how to get there:
Open SuperCool: Navigate to supercool.com
Open the Menu: Locate and click on your account profile icon on the top right.
Go to Billing: Select the Billing screen from the available options.
Step 2: Update Your Details
Once you are on the billing screen, updating your information takes exactly one click.
Scroll Down: Scroll toward the bottom of the billing page.
Click the Button: Locate and click the link or button that says View invoices or change your payment method.
That is it! One click and you are securely into your payment portal where you can swap out your card or download any past invoices you might need.
