How to Download and Access Your SuperCool Files

Whenever you create something amazing with SuperCool, you need a way to get it off the platform and onto your local device. Thankfully, managing and downloading your generated files is built directly into your normal workflow.

Here is how to easily access, download, and store all of your creations.

Step 1: Access Your Chat History

Since SuperCool manages all of your creations directly within the conversation, you just need to open the right chat.

  • Open SuperCool: Navigate to supercool.com.

  • Go to the chatbox: Locate the specific chat or conversation where you generated your files.

Step 2: Download Your Files

Every single file SuperCool creates automatically appears right inside your chat feed.

  • Locate the file: Scroll through your conversation to find the specific asset you want to save.

  • Click Download: You will see a dedicated download button attached to the file. Click it to save the asset directly to your computer.

  • Download individually: If you want to grab multiple assets from a single project, simply click the download button for each file one by one.

SuperCool File Formats

Depending on what you asked SuperCool to generate, your files will download in standard, widely used formats:

  • Images: Save to your computer as PNG or JPG.

  • Documents: Download as PDF and DOCX.

  • Videos: Save as MP4.

  • Audio: Download as MP3.

Unlimited Storage and Access

One of the best parts about generating files with SuperCool is that you never have to worry about losing them or running out of space.

All of your creations stay in the conversation forever. There are no storage limits and no expiration dates. Your work and your files are always accessible, meaning you can jump back into an old chat and download an asset again anytime you need it.
