How to Manage and Organize Your Chat History in SuperCool

One of the best features of SuperCool is that every single conversation saves automatically. You never have to worry about losing a prompt, an image, or a downloaded file because your work lives exactly where you created it. No more digging through messy folders on your computer!

Here is how to easily navigate, search, and organize your past projects so you can always find what you need.

Step 1: Access Your Chat Menu

To get started, you need to open up your SuperCool interface and locate your past conversations.

  • Open SuperCool: Navigate to supercool.com.

  • Open the Menu: Click the main menu icon on the top left to expand and view your full conversation history.

Step 2: Search and Reopen Past Projects

Once your history menu is open, finding an old project is incredibly fast.

  • Scroll or Search: You can scroll manually through your past chats, or use the built-in search bar for quicker access.

  • Use Keywords: Type specific keywords into the search bar like "logo" or "pitch deck" to instantly filter your results.

  • Reopen: Once you spot the project you are looking for, simply click on the conversation to reopen it. All of your prompts and generated files will be right there waiting for you.

Step 3: Rename Your Chats for Quick Access

To make finding your work even easier in the future, it is highly recommended to rename your auto-saved chats.

  • Locate the Three Dots: Hover over or look next to the conversation title in your history menu and click the three dots.

  • Rename the Chat: Select the option to rename the conversation.

  • Be Specific: Give your chats clear, descriptive names like "Q1 Marketing Assets" or "Website Redesign Logos" so you can spot them instantly next time.
