Click the "+ Phone Number" button to open the popup for creating a new number.

Type in your business name.

Type in your extensions. These are things like "Press 1 for Support, Press 2 for Sales, etc"

Optionally edit or record a new voice greeting.

Click 'Next' to go to the next step where you will choose a phone number. You can also search by area code for available numbers.

Choose a number and click "Get Phone Number".

That's it! You can share that number with your customers, or point your existing business number.
