If you see the screen below this means that your current subscription payment has failed. Once logged onto the platform, you will see that the AI tools are locked.
You should now review your subscription by clicking "Manage Subscription". This will show that your recent payment failed.
You can now either retry the existing payment method or add an additional payment method by adding new payment information.
If the payment attempt succeeds, the account will now be in good standing. If you return to the platform and your AI tools are still locked, log out and then log back in.
