Save Hours with Automations and Scheduled Tasks

Automating and scheduling tasks is one of the easiest ways to save time and streamline your daily workflows. Whether you want a simple daily reminder or need to trigger actions across other apps, you can easily set up recurring automations right from the prompt box.

Here is how to set up and manage your scheduled tasks.

Step 1: Access the Scheduling Tool

  • Start a new task and look for the small "plus" button located in the bottom left corner of the prompt box.

  • Click the button and select "schedule a task" from the menu.

Step 2: Define Your Timeline

  • The system will automatically insert an example timeframe, such as "every morning at 8:00 a.m.", into your prompt.

  • You can easily change this text to fit your exact needs.

  • You can schedule tasks to run daily, weekly, or on highly specific schedules, such as "every Monday, Tuesday, and Fridays at 3:47 p.m. EST".

Step 3: Assign the Task

  • Once your timeline is set, simply tell the AI what you want it to do.

  • For example, you can schedule a daily reminder by prompting: "Every morning at 8 am, give me a motivational quote to set me up for the day".

  • The system will automatically generate and deliver the content—like an uplifting quote from Steve Jobs alongside a daily application—at your exact requested time.

Step 4: Connect Third-Party Apps (Advanced)

  • If you want to take your automations further, you can integrate your scheduled tasks with external platforms.

  • Navigate to your Dashboard and select "Connectors".

  • From there, you can connect tools like Google or Slack.

  • Once connected, you can seamlessly schedule tasks that integrate and communicate directly with those third-party platforms.
