How to Ask SuperCool for Help: Prompting Best Practices

Getting the best possible results out of SuperCool comes down to how you communicate with it. If you are used to typing fragmented keywords into a traditional search engine, it is time to shift your mindset.

To get exactly what you need, you should talk to SuperCool as if it were a highly capable colleague sitting right next to you. Here is how to craft the perfect prompts and get the best results every single time.

Step 1: Access Your Workspace

Before you start typing out your requests, you need to jump into the chat interface where you interact with the AI.

  • Open SuperCool: Navigate to supercool.com.

  • Go to the chatbox: Locate the main chat interface where you normally type your prompts to start a new conversation.

Rule 1: Be Direct (Skip the Pleasantries)

SuperCool acts immediately, and it doesn't need you to ask for permission before it gets to work!

Instead of asking a question like, "Can you make a logo?" or "Would you be able to write a report?", just give it a direct command.

Say this instead: "Create a logo for my coffee shop called Bean Scene."

Rule 2: Include the Details That Matter

The more specific you are in your initial prompt, the better your generated results will be. Always try to include details regarding color, style, length, or format.

Depending on what you are asking SuperCool to build, here is what you should include:

  • For Images/Logos: Specify the exact colors, the artistic style (e.g., minimalist, photorealistic, cartoon), and any text that needs to be included.

  • For Videos: Tell the AI exactly how long the video should be and describe the specific action happening in the scene.

  • For Documents: Mention the desired tone of voice (e.g., professional, persuasive, casual) and the overall structure you need (e.g., include an executive summary and three bulleted sections).

Rule 3: Just Ask for Changes

Even with a great prompt, the first draft might not be 100% perfect—and that is completely fine!

If something isn't quite right, you don't need to start completely over from scratch. Just reply directly in the chat and ask for changes. You can simply say, "Make the colors brighter," or "Rewrite the second paragraph to be more formal," and SuperCool will edit it on the spot.
